¹⁹ Now there was no metal worker to be found throughout all the land of Israel, for the Philistines said, Lest the Hebrews make swords or spears. ²⁰ But each of the Israelites had to go down to the Philistines to get his plowshare, mattock, axe, or sickle sharpened. ²¹ And the price for plowshares and mattocks was a pim, and a third of a shekel for axes and for setting goads
