19 Now there was no metal worker to be found throughout all the land of Israel, for the Philistines said, Lest the Hebrews make swords or spears. 20 But each of the Israelites had to go down to the Philistines to get his plowshare, mattock, axe, or sickle sharpened. 21 And the price for plowshares and mattocks was a pim, and a third of a shekel for axes and for setting goads
