23 Concerning and against Damascus : Hamath and Arpad are confounded and put to shame, for they have heard bad news; they are fainthearted and wasting away; there is trouble and anxiety on a sea which cannot rest. Definition(s): Arpad (Ar-pad): the light of redemption
